One platform · three products · one core

Hotel software that grows with you.

A composable line of hotel software that shares one inventory core. Buy the one product you need today — add the others whenever you’re ready, with zero migration.

The Revio platform — one shared inventory core across distribution, reservations and operations

One login. One set of rooms and rates. One availability truth.

The three products

Three products. One system underneath.

Each is sold and used on its own — but they run on the same rooms, rates and availability, so adding the next one is a switch, not a project.

Why composable wins

Land where it hurts. Expand without the pain.

The edge over all-in-one suites and single-point tools alike: start small, grow without re-onboarding, re-importing, or re-training.

01

Start where it hurts

Buy the one product you need now — not a suite you’ll grow into.

02

Add the rest with zero migration

They already share your rooms, rates, and availability. Flipping on a product is a switch, not a project.

03

One login, one truth

No syncing between your own systems, no re-training, no double entry.

Built right

One core. No double-bookings. Nothing to breach.

The whole platform reads and writes one availability number — so two guests can never book the same room, even across products.

One shared inventory core

A single availability number across distribution, reservations, and operations.

Real OTA connectivity

Live via Channex (certification-ready), behind a swappable adapter.

Multi-tenant, isolated by the database

Postgres Row-Level Security — a hotel physically cannot see another’s data.

No card data stored

Money handled as integer minor units; nothing sensitive to breach.

Live today

All three products plus the operator console, each on its own service, one shared database.

The part nobody else can copy

Adding your second product takes an afternoon, not a project.

Your rooms, rates, guests and staff logins are the same records in every Revio product — not copies kept in step by an integration. So the next product is already holding your data before you switch it on.

Adding a system, the usual way

  • Export your data and hope it maps
  • Re-enter every room, rate and guest
  • Re-map every channel from scratch
  • Run both systems in parallel for weeks
  • Pay an onboarding fee for the privilege
  • Hold your breath in case a booking goes missing

Adding a Revio product

  • Switch it on — same login, same day
  • Your rooms, rates and guests are already there
  • Your channels stay connected and mapped
  • Answer only what is genuinely new to it
  • No onboarding fee, ever
  • Nothing to lose, because nothing moves

In practice: the only thing RevioCRS asks you that RevioLink did not is your tax and invoicing details. The only thing RevioPMS asks is your room numbers — because nothing else has doors.

Why Revio

Eight things we do that the alternatives can’t.

Not a longer feature list — consequences of how the platform is built, which is why they can’t be answered with a software update.

Buy one, add the rest — nothing to migrate

Every Revio product reads and writes the same rooms, rates and guests. Adding your second product is a switch, not a project, and it never costs you a weekend of re-entry.

Adding RevioCRS asks you for your tax and invoicing details. That is the only thing it needs which RevioLink did not already have.

One availability number, because there is no sync

A room going out of order at the front desk stops being sellable on Booking.com the same moment. Not synced within minutes — the same record, so there is nothing to fall behind.

Verified on production: a room taken out of order in RevioPMS produced a successful availability push to the channels immediately.

The price a guest first sees is the price they pay

Taxes and fees are in the number from the first search result — not added at the end where they cause abandoned bookings and arguments at check-out.

One pricing function is used by the search, the summary, the confirmation email and the folio, so the four cannot disagree.

2% on direct bookings, against 15–18% to an OTA

Your own booking page sells from the same availability as every channel. Every stay it moves direct is roughly 13 points of commission you keep.

Charged only on bookings our engine produced — never on your phone reservations, walk-ins or front-desk bookings.

Analytics that admits what it cannot know

Commission you actually paid is shown as a fact. Commission you avoided is shown as an estimate — and left blank when there is nothing to derive it from, rather than filled with a flattering guess.

The Cost of distribution screen returns no number instead of a made-up one when a channel has no revenue to compute a rate from.

Your data is isolated by the database, not by our code

Every row carries its owner, and Postgres itself refuses to return another hotel’s data — so a bug in our application cannot leak yours.

Row-Level Security enforced in production since August 2026; every service connects with a restricted role that cannot bypass it.

Setup that knows how big you are

A twelve-room guesthouse is never asked to configure staff rotas. A hundred-and-twenty-room hotel is asked, because someone there owns the answer.

The setup flow branches on your room count — the same number your price is based on, so you are never asked it twice.

Invoicing built for Europe from the start

Gapless numbering, the right VAT rate per charge type, and the legal issuer details on every document — not a template bolted on for one market.

Per-country configuration rather than hardcoded rules, with a real Bulgarian fiscalization path.

What you’re choosing between

Said plainly, because you already know the options and pretending otherwise wastes your time.

A channel manager on its own

Distributes your rooms and stops there. The moment you want one booking record, real occupancy numbers or a front desk, you are buying a second system and paying someone to keep the two in step.

An all-in-one suite

You take all of it or none of it. The migration is the product decision — rooms, rates, guest history and channel mappings all rebuilt before you can take a booking, and priced for a hotel larger than most.

Spreadsheets and the OTA extranets

Free until the night two guests book the last room. Every rate change is typed once per channel, and nobody can tell you what your ADR was last March.

Pricing, up front

From €49 a month, and no platform fee under 31 rooms.

Two parts, priced on two different things: a module fee for each product you run, and a platform fee based on how many rooms you have. Two products take 10% off the module fees, three take 20%.

1–30 rooms

No platform fee

You pay only for the products you run

31–50 rooms

51–100 rooms

+€150

per month, on top of your modules

100+ rooms

+€300

Per property, excluding VAT. Plus 2% on bookings your own RevioDirect page produces — against the 15–18% an OTA takes for the same stay.

You carry none of the risk

Four promises, and we mean all of them.

We set it up for you

Your rooms, your rates, your channel mappings — loaded by us, not left to you on a Sunday night.

Free until your first booking syncs

Billing starts once the software has demonstrably worked. We can prove the date, because the platform records the first successful push.

30 days, money back

Change your mind in the first month and we refund it. No form, no retention call.

No contract, ever

Month to month. Leave whenever you want, and take your data with you.

Straight answers

The things you’re actually thinking.

Switching systems is too much work.

We do it. Your rooms, rates and channel mappings are loaded by us, not left to you on a Sunday night. And between our own products there is nothing to move at all.

What if we lose bookings while we move?

You keep your current system running until your channels are connected and syncing here. You do not pay us anything until your first booking has actually synced.

It looks expensive for a property our size.

Under 31 rooms there is no platform fee — you pay for the products you run and nothing else. Work out your exact number on the pricing page; it is the same arithmetic that produces your invoice.

You are a small company. What if something breaks?

Fair question, so here is what we can show you: a certified Channex connection, database-level isolation, nightly backups with a restore we have actually timed, and a live product you can click through before you talk to us.

My staff will never learn another system.

Setup is short, and we sit with you for it. After that, reception, housekeeping and maintenance each see only the screens they need — nobody is handed the whole system to learn.

See it running on your rooms.

Book a 20-minute demo and we’ll show the whole ARI loop live — from one edit to every channel.
