Obligation by obligation
What the law asks, and what Revio does.
Revio works as ordinary software: you do not register it with the tax authority as a sales-management system, and the till in your restaurant or spa stays as it is.
Fiscal devices Datecs · Daisy · Tremol · Eltrade · Incotex · ISL
In Bulgarian
Reception works in its own language.
RevioLink, RevioCRS and RevioPMS run fully in Bulgarian, in the terms your accountant uses. Guests book in their own language and get their emails in it too.
Questions hoteliers ask
Do I have to register Revio with the tax authority?
No. Revio sends the receipt to your registered fiscal device as ordinary software. You do not elect a listed system and declare nothing new.
Does Revio report to ЕСТИ automatically?
Not automatically. Revio builds the file ЕСТИ accepts in one click; you upload it and confirm. The next file holds only the changes.
Does it calculate the tourist tax?
Yes — the nights for each month and the amount at your municipality’s rate, plus the annual minimum. You file the declaration with the numbers Revio gives you.
Will it work with my fiscal device?
With Datecs, Daisy, Tremol, Eltrade, Incotex and ISL through the free ErpNet.FP service on the front-desk PC. If you prefer printing on your own till, you type the receipt number into the bill.
Where is my guests’ data?
In the European Union, in Amsterdam. Backups are encrypted before they leave our infrastructure.
