Direct bookings: 2%

On bookings our own booking page produces — never your phone, walk-in or front-desk reservations. An OTA takes 15–18% of the same stay.

On 10,000 of direct revenue that is 200 to us instead of 1,500 to Booking.com.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Why does the price depend on how many rooms I have?

Two parts, priced on two different things. The module fee is what each product does for you and it is the same for everyone. The platform fee covers what it costs us to carry you — database, isolation, backups, support — and a 200-room resort genuinely costs more to run than a 12-room guesthouse. Under 31 rooms the platform fee is zero.

What does the bundle discount actually apply to?

The module fees only — 10% on two products, 20% on three. Never the platform fee, because that does not get cheaper when you buy more software. We discount the second and third products because they cost us almost nothing to deliver: same database, same onboarding, and no migration.

Is there really no migration between your products?

No migration and no import. Your rooms, rates and guests are the same records in every Revio product — adding one is switching it on. RevioCRS only asks you for the things RevioLink never needed, like your tax and invoicing details. Everything else is already there.

How does the 2% on direct bookings work?

It applies only to bookings our own booking page produced — never to your phone reservations, walk-ins or front-desk bookings, which you won on your own. An OTA takes 15–18% of the same stay. It is the only fee that grows when your revenue grows, and it is the cheapest channel you have.

What happens if I outgrow a tier?

We tell you. We hold your room count, so we can see it change — and we would rather have that conversation than quietly bill you the wrong amount in either direction.

Can I start with one product?

That is the whole design. Most hotels start with RevioLink because overbooking is the loudest problem, then add RevioCRS or RevioPMS when they are ready. Nothing is re-entered and nothing is migrated.
