A small company, and we would rather you knew.
Revio is a registered Bulgarian company with a named person responsible for it. You will not be passed between account managers, and the person answering your email is the person who wrote the code you are asking about.
Three decisions, and their consequences.
A hotel should be able to buy one thing
The industry sells suites, so fixing one problem means replacing everything and rebuilding your data to do it. We built the shared core first and then split it into products that are genuinely sold on their own — which is harder, and is the entire reason the second product costs you an afternoon instead of a project.
Two systems holding the same number will eventually disagree
Every overbooking is that sentence. So there is exactly one availability number in this platform and every product reads it — not a copy kept honest by an integration, because the integration is what fails on the busy weekend.
Software should admit what it does not know
Our own analytics returns no number rather than a flattering estimate when it cannot derive one. That is an odd thing to build on purpose, and it is the clearest thing we can tell you about how the rest is built.

What our size costs you, and what it buys you.
What it costs you
- Support is business hours, European time — not 24/7 in your language.
- Fewer channel connections and a much smaller integration marketplace.
- No SOC 2 or ISO certificate to hand your procurement team.
- We have not yet run a hotel through five consecutive high seasons.
What it buys you
- The person who answers is the person who can fix it, today.
- Your setup is done by us, by hand, because at this size we can.
- A feature you need has a real chance of existing next month.
- Founding-customer pricing, held for as long as you stay.
If the left-hand column is a dealbreaker for your property, it should be — and we would rather tell you on the first call than lose you in March.
Talk to the person who built it.
Twenty minutes, on your rooms. Ask the hard questions — the answers are the product.
