A room out of order stops selling everywhere, by itself
Flag it at the front desk or in maintenance and it leaves sale on every channel at that moment. Not because something syncs — because it is the same availability the channels were reading all along.
Verified on production: taking a unit out of order produced a successful channel push with no further action.
The bill cannot disagree with the reservation
The folio is built from the rate the booking was made on, so accounting and reporting reconcile by construction. There is no month-end where two systems have to be argued into agreement.
A direct booking quoted at €195 all-in produces a folio of €192 room plus €3 city tax. The same number, from the same source.
Housekeeping runs from a phone, in the cleaner’s own language of screens
Dirty → in progress → awaiting inspection → ready, updated in the corridor. A cleaner sees their rooms; a supervisor sees the floor. Nobody is handed the whole system to learn.
Role-scoped views, not a permissions checkbox on the same crowded screen everyone else uses.
It can run on top of what you already have
You do not have to replace a working reservation system to fix operations. Take the operations layer, keep the rest, and add the others when it suits you.
Each product is sold and used on its own — the shared core is how they cooperate, not a requirement to buy them together.
Nothing sensitive to lose
Payments are recorded as a method and an amount. Where a card is genuinely taken, it goes straight to the payment provider — we hold a token and four digits.
There is no card number stored anywhere in the platform.

Above 30 rooms a platform fee applies — it covers what it costs us to carry a larger property, and it is charged once no matter how many products you run. Add a second product and the module fees drop by 10%; a third, by 20%.
The pricing page does the arithmetic with your room count, and it is the same arithmetic that produces your invoice — so the number you see is the number you are billed.
