Apple Pay, Google Pay or card — one tap on your own booking page. Deposits, guarantees and prepayment go into your own Stripe account and out to your bank. Revio never holds the money and adds no fee to the card payment.
Where the money goes
One path, and we are not on it.
Your hotel has its own Stripe account, in its own name. Guests pay it directly; Stripe pays your bank. Revio keeps only what it needs to charge a saved card later: a token and the last four digits.

Fill in your details on Stripe
Company, ID and bank account go to Stripe — never to us. Stripe checks them, not Revio.

Start taking payments
Until Stripe confirms the account, your page keeps selling as request-to-book. You are never blocked from selling.

Card guarantee
Nothing charged at booking. The card is saved; a no-show fee can be charged if your policy says so.
Deposit
A share now — the first night or a percentage — and the balance charged to the saved card before arrival.
Full prepayment
The whole stay at booking. Pairs with a lower non-refundable rate.
After the booking
Everything that comes later, without a terminal.

Questions hoteliers ask
Do I need a Stripe account already?
No. Pressing Connect Stripe creates one in your hotel’s name, on Stripe’s own page.
Can Revio see my bank details or ID documents?
No. They are entered on Stripe’s page and stay with Stripe.
What if I only use RevioPMS or RevioLink?
Online payments come with the booking page, which is part of RevioCRS. RevioPMS records payments taken on your own card terminal at the desk; nothing breaks, the online screens are simply not offered.
Does Revio store card numbers?
Never. A token and the last four digits, nothing else.
