How it works

Most properties are live within a week.

The software takes an afternoon. The waiting is channel approval, which sits with the channel, and we start it on day one and keep you posted rather than going quiet.

01

A twenty-minute demo on real rooms

Together

Not slides. We open the product and drive the loop you care about — change a rate and watch it reach the channels, or take a booking and watch it land on the front desk. Bring the question that made you look for software.

20 minutes
02

We load your property for you

We do this

Your room types, your rates, your channel mappings — entered by us from whatever you already have, whether that is a spreadsheet, an extranet or the system you are leaving. This is the part hotels dread, and it is the part we do.

Usually a day or two If your existing data is messy, we tell you what we found rather than importing the mess. It is cheaper to fix it once, now.
03

A short guided setup, which skips what it already knows

You do this

You confirm the things only you can answer — how you take payment, your tax details, who gets the booking emails. The setup asks about staff roles if you are big enough to have them and does not if you are not.

About fifteen minutes You can go back and change any answer. Nothing here is a one-way door.
04

Your channels connect, and you watch the first sync

Together

We connect Booking.com, Expedia or whatever you sell on, and you see the first push go out and the first booking come back. Your old system stays running until this moment — nothing is switched off on a promise.

Same day, once the channels approve the connection Channel approval is the one step with a queue we do not control. We start it early and tell you where it is.
05

Billing starts when the software has worked

We do this

Not at signature, not at kickoff — at your first successfully synced booking. The platform records that moment, so it is a date we can both point at rather than a favour we remember granting.

The day it works
06

The second product, whenever you want it

You do this

It is already holding your rooms, your rates, your guests and your staff logins. Switching it on asks you only for what is genuinely new to it — and nothing at all is exported, imported or re-mapped.

An afternoon
Your side of it

About an hour of one person’s time.

That is the whole ask. Everything else on this list is something you already have lying around — you are handing it over, not producing it.

  • A list of your room types and how many of each you have
  • Your rates, in whatever form they exist today
  • Access to your channel extranets, so we can connect them
  • Your tax and invoicing details, for the documents you issue
  • One person who can answer questions for about an hour, in total
Why there is nothing to migrate

Three products. One set of rooms.

Most platforms connect systems that each hold their own copy of your inventory, and spend their engineering keeping those copies honest. There are no copies here — so there is nothing to keep in step, and nothing to move when you add the next product.

RevioLink

Sells your rooms on the channels

RevioCRS

Records and measures every booking

RevioPMS

Runs the building day to day

One shared core

Your rooms · your rates · your guests · one availability number

Every product reads and writes this, and only this. It is why two guests cannot book the same room, and why the second product needs nothing from you that the first already has.

The part nobody else can copy

Adding your second product takes an afternoon, not a project.

Your rooms, rates, guests and staff logins are the same records in every Revio product — not copies kept in step by an integration. So the next product is already holding your data before you switch it on.

Adding a system, the usual way

  • Export your data and hope it maps
  • Re-enter every room, rate and guest
  • Re-map every channel from scratch
  • Run both systems in parallel for weeks
  • Pay an onboarding fee for the privilege
  • Hold your breath in case a booking goes missing

Adding a Revio product

  • Switch it on — same login, same day
  • Your rooms, rates and guests are already there
  • Your channels stay connected and mapped
  • Answer only what is genuinely new to it
  • No onboarding fee, ever
  • Nothing to lose, because nothing moves

In practice: the only thing RevioCRS asks you that RevioLink did not is your tax and invoicing details. The only thing RevioPMS asks is your room numbers — because nothing else has doors.

A direct booking in RevioCRS Reservations, tagged as coming from the booking engine

A booking taken on the hotel’s own page appears here, and on the front desk, with no integration step — because it is one record, not a copy that arrived.

We set it up for you

Your rooms, your rates, your channel mappings — loaded by us, not left to you on a Sunday night.

Free until your first booking syncs

Billing starts once the software has demonstrably worked. We can prove the date, because the platform records the first successful push.

30 days, money back

Change your mind in the first month and we refund it. No form, no retention call.

No contract, ever

Month to month. Leave whenever you want, and take your data with you.

Start with the loudest problem.

Tell us what broke most recently and we will tell you which one product fixes it — and what it would cost you.
