Your first 30 days with Revio
Explore all three products for 30 days. Keep only the ones you use — pay for those alone.
Try the products, keep only what you need
The Revio trial lasts 30 days and includes RevioLink, RevioCRS and RevioPMS. Keep only the ones you use — pay for those alone. No card is required. Start from the signup page, enter your hotel name, your name and work email, then choose the task you most want to improve. That choice determines which product opens first; it does not limit the trial to that product.
Check your email and choose a password
Follow the instructions sent to your email address. For a new signup, the confirmation link lets you choose your password; it expires after 7 days and works once. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive. If you started signup but have not confirmed, submitting the same address again can send a fresh link and replace the old one. If your account is already active, sign in or use Forgot password. A repeat signup does not start a second trial.
Begin with a small, recognisable setup
Start with your property details, a room type, room labels where needed and a rate you understand. Follow the setup steps in the product. Use realistic dates and values, and check the results. A product trial is not an instruction to connect live OTA inventory immediately: agree the mappings and the switch with the people responsible for your channel accounts first.
Try the whole working day
Explore a reservation in CRS, operational work in PMS and the channel configuration in Link. Ask a colleague from reception or housekeeping to try the parts they would use. Your email and password identify you across the products; staff access and the products available to your hotel determine what you can open. The website’s Log in page helps you choose the right workspace.
Choose your workspace →Review what you actually need
Keep a list of the tasks that became easier and the questions still unanswered. Keep only the products you use — you pay for those alone. Review your room count and product combination on the pricing page. Discuss integrations, data imports and payment requirements before a live rollout.

Trials end separately for each product. An expired product is locked, but you can still sign in and the end of the trial does not delete your hotel data. The screen lists any products that remain available. Choose “I want to keep it” to send Revio a request; this does not activate the product or take a payment. There is no self-serve checkout: tell us which products you want and our team will arrange activation. A repeat signup does not create another trial.
Your first paid month
For your first trial as a new paying hotel, you pay from the day you decide — never for a day of your trial. The joining month covers only the remaining days of that calendar month; subsequent months are billed in full. This first-month rule does not apply when an already-paying hotel adds another product later: that product is charged for the full conversion month. The RevioDirect 2% booking fee is usage-based, not a prorated subscription; trial-period bookings are excluded from the joining-month fee.
